I’m a medical professional in general medicine with a primary focus in Psychiatry, currently advancing a Master in Public Health and an ongoing certification in Project management. I bring 5+ years of applying medical knowledge to health interventions—defining, coordinating, and leading clinical work in line with standard protocol, policies, and values that protect confidentiality and improve care for mentally challenged patients.

In my roles, I combine hands-on clinical practice with structured patient management. As a Medical Officer, I conduct routine diagnosis and disease prevention in outpatient and inpatient settings, educate patients using easy-to-understand language, oversee hygiene and inventory of medical supplies, and ensure proper documentation, handover, and follow-up—including imaging, laboratory testing, vaccination, TB management, and isolation-center care.

I also strengthen systems and service delivery through coordination and leadership. As a Care Coordinator with an HMO, I interface between health providers and clients, enroll more organizations into the health insurance scheme, enlist partner hospitals, and ensure claims/bills align with agreed terms—while coordinating branches for smooth service delivery and providing e-medicine services on request. I’m analytical, quick to learn, devoted, and committed to continuous improvement, clear communication, and reliable reporting supported by strong medical data analysis and presentation skills.
