At U.S. Physiatry, I lead credentialing, privileging, onboarding, and payer enrollment for more than 200 providers across 22 states and 300+ facilities. I assign work, set deadlines, and escalate at-risk applications to help protect provider start dates.

I'm leading the CredentialStream implementation, including workflow configuration and team training. I also built the team's tracking infrastructure using SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate, and PowerBI, and maintain SOPs and NCQA-based audit guidelines.

Before my current manager role, I ran full-cycle credentialing and state medical licensing at U.S. Physiatry. I also managed multi-state payer enrollment and re-enrollment at Provider Payer Management, LLC, preparing applications and resolving errors through approval.
