I've supported Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) in treasury operations, processing payables, disbursements, and collections through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel.
I prepare disbursement summaries, daily collection reports, and financial documentation while verifying payments, supplier details, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. I also coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve payment, collection, and documentation concerns.
During my accounting internship at RAFI, I conducted bank reconciliations, assisted with financial reporting, performed monthly cash counts, and supported fixed-asset tagging and inventory management.
