What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow into full-cycle ECU hardware ownership—driving schematic-to-PCB flow, power supply design, and validation—while collaborating in structured reviews and delivering automotive-standard reliability with clear documentation.

I’m an Electronics Design Engineer with 2.5+ years of experience in Automotive ECU hardware design. At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I executed hierarchical schematic capture for a Trailer ECU (100+ nets, multi-sheet) in Siemens Xpedition, migrated from Altium reference designs, and structured 8+ multi-sheet hierarchical schematics while resolving peer-review net label conflicts and connectivity errors.

I own the details that make designs reliable and review-ready—passive component selection with AEC-Q200/Q100 criteria, a 50+ symbol/cell passive component library, and a 150+ line-item BOM with lifecycle-managed alternates to prevent end-of-life issues at design freeze. I validate with LTspice (AC/Transient/Monte Carlo), apply ECU interface implementation knowledge (CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, UART), and am currently expanding into PCB layout (Cadence OrCAD/Allegro), power supply design, and hardware validation to progress toward full-cycle ECU design ownership.

Electronics Design Engineer

Oct 2023 - Present (2 years 9 months)

Executed hierarchical schematic capture for a Trailer ECU (100+ nets, multi-sheet) in Siemens Xpedition, migrating from Altium reference designs while maintaining net label consistency. Owned 150+ line-item BOM with approved alternates and lifecycle status, ran LTspice AC/Transient/Monte Carlo to validate worst-case margins, and resolved 20+ review comments across hardware review cycles.
