I’m a Process Lead (BI) focused on end-to-end AP operations—ensuring invoices, credit notes, and vendor queries are processed accurately and within SLA. I coordinate teams, manage shared mailbox queries, and keep daily execution disciplined and on time.

At Capgemini, I handled vendor PO invoices and credit notes using SAP (S4 HANA), corrected processing errors, and tracked productivity with MS Excel. I also supported AP controlling with a strong understanding of global standards, while feeding improvements from quality reviews and process knowledge gaps.

In prior roles, I strengthened transaction processing expertise through Oracle Cloud invoice processing, including PO and Non-PO invoice workflows, approvals initiation, and vendor master creation/amendments. I also produced daily process and OCR reporting, handled disputes via email, and prepared ageing and AP dashboard reporting with correct TAT.

I’ve consistently taken ownership beyond processing—training new users, running month-end activities, and collaborating on continuous improvements. I earned Capgemini’s “Rising Star” recognition for exceptional performance and contributions, and I’m now looking for a challenging role with greater responsibility and clear growth opportunities.
