At Pro Plastics Ltd, I assisted with production planning and process improvement as a Production Intern. I worked on improving extrusion and injection molding processes using Lean Six Sigma.

I conducted time studies and process mapping to help eliminate bottlenecks, and supported production and quality teams in continuous improvement.

For my final year project at National University of Science and Technology, I developed a predictive risk modelling framework aimed at reducing equipment failures in smart manufacturing. I applied Industrial Internet of Things concepts and engineering analysis to reduce production downtime.

I hold a BSc in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering with an upper second-class Honours (2.1), and am Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. My practical experience includes manufacturing processes, quality control, Excel and Minitab.
