I'm seeking a role in hospitality operations or food production where reliability, mindfulness, and teamwork add immediate value.

At Crossroads Hotel, I prepared and presented pastries, desserts, and baked goods for restaurant, banquet, and conference service. I followed food safety and hygiene standards and contributed to menu planning and new dessert items.

I maintained a clean, organised, and well-stocked pastry section, coordinating with kitchen and service teams during peak periods. I also responded to guest requests and dietary requirements.

For the AGCOM Farmer Census (Department of CARD), I led a team of five enumerators and reviewed submissions for accuracy and completeness. I ranked fifth of twenty-eight enumerators district-wide for data volume and quality.
