Chiamaka Opara

I’m a Data Analyst with a First Class B.Sc. in Physics and hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, including Adidas US sales and insurance data. I’m driven by a practical goal: transform raw data into actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

As a Data Analysis Trainee at Innoventa Hub (July 2024 – September 2024), I analyzed structured datasets using Excel and SQL to identify trends and key insights. I cleaned and transformed raw data to improve data quality and usability, then built interactive dashboards in Excel and Power BI for reporting.

I also strengthened my analytical workflow by querying datasets with SQL to extract relevant data for analysis. From there, I applied analytical techniques to solve business-related data problems and communicate results clearly through dashboards and reporting.

In my projects, I analyzed Adidas US sales performance across regions, products, and markets, visualizing KPIs and identifying high-performing regions and revenue drivers. I performed data cleaning and exploratory analysis on insurance datasets, using SQL to query, filter, and uncover patterns and relationships in customer and policy data.
