At Rideau Transit Maintenance (RTM), I ran day-to-day cloud accounting in QuickBooks Online across accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management and month-end close. I cleaned up accounts, investigated discrepancies and documented corrections so balances were accurate and traceable.

At RTM, I built and maintained checklists, templates and management trackers for recurring monthly work, and recommended and implemented process improvements, including responsible AI adoption with human review. I also prepared AP summaries, AR aging and open-PO reports, and supported external audit work by organizing evidence and responding to Deloitte information requests.
