At Allied Group, I lead end-to-end formulation development for skin care, hair care, and bath & body products, taking concepts from initial briefs through stability validation and commercialization.

I research active ingredients, market trends, and consumer insights to identify new product opportunities. I also evaluate raw materials from suppliers including Croda, Seppic, Ashland, Evonik, Symrise, and Lubrizol, while resolving scale-up challenges with production teams.

Previously at MMC Cosmetics, I ran R&D trials, improved formulation efficacy, sensory profile, and shelf-life stability, and performed QC testing including pH, viscosity, centrifuge stability, water analysis, and batch record review.

With experience across cosmetics, FMCG, and pharmaceutical laboratory environments, I build documentation, SOPs, and regulatory-ready technical dossiers while supervising lab operations and supporting compliant product launches.
