At Famfa Solution Ltd., I lead Equipment Control & Operations for container shipping activities, including equipment planning, stock control, and empty repositioning. I moved 1,000+ backlog empty containers from port to depots in a single month, reducing port storage exposure and easing yard congestion.
I also led automation of operational workflows for vendor movement updates, repair tariff control, customs data preparation, EDI conversion, and customer invoicing. These improvements reduced time requirements by approximately 50%.
My work includes export, import, ICD, reefer, and feeder operations, as well as coordination with principals, terminals, depots, vessel operators, customers, and C&F agents. I also oversee repair follow-up, damage cost recovery, and container repair monitoring.
Previously, I managed inventory and equipment control at GP Shipping Lines Ltd. and handled equipment control, stock monitoring, shipment coordination, and reporting at Golden Containers Ltd.
