As a QA LEAD , looking for a Test Lead/Manager position with overall 15 years of experience in Software testing industry with BANKING DOMAIN knowledge in CITI BANK projects.

I’m an ISTQB Certified Senior QA Lead with 15+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within Banking and Financial Services. I lead end-to-end QA delivery for CITI banking applications covering Wealth Management, Payments, Insurance, Risk Management, and Capital Markets.

I build and execute test strategy, plans, estimates, scenarios, test cases, and execution reports, coordinating closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders. I validate back-end data using SQL and API testing with Postman, manage defects through JIRA, support release management and production validation, and mentor teams to improve quality processes.
