At MAQ Software, I lead enterprise data engineering, analytics, and AI initiatives, owning architecture, technical strategy, production readiness, and delivery. I drive Hive-to-Spark 3 migrations, pipeline modernization, and data-platform optimization.
I also own production data operations, from data contract triage and freshness validation to incident resolution and backfill coordination. I lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and production releases, and mentor a team of 20+ engineers.
My work at MAQ Software has included developing Azure-based data solutions with Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions. I created and optimized 50+ SQL stored procedures and developed Power BI dashboards and analytical models.
I drive AI adoption using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, LLM workflows, prompt engineering, and agent-based solutions. I also support pre-sales with solution architecture, technical prototypes, and AI and analytics demonstrations.
