I’m an administrative and operations professional who blends compliance discipline with customer-focused coordination. My background spans healthcare administration, membership services, and finance-related due diligence, where I’ve owned accurate documentation, responsive client support, and operational efficiency.

In compliance work, I performed KYC and compliance reviews and monitored financial transactions for anti-money laundering and fraud detection, maintaining clear customer due diligence records. I also build structured learning experiences as a private tutor and digital content creator, using Canva/CapCut and communication tools to support learners’ spoken English, confidence, and daily communication skills.
