I’m an award-winning UX/UI Designer and Researcher with a software engineering background of 5+ years, bridging engineering thinking with design craft in Agile environments. I specialize in user research and usability testing, translating insights into product strategy—especially for sensitive healthcare experiences.

In my healthcare work, I recently completed user research and design for a healthcare services mobile app, including mental health, therapy, and home care for rural Kerala. With 20+ participants, I uncovered trust barriers and confidentiality needs, and used the findings to shape the roadmap—driving UI and feature prioritization where 68% of users prioritized confidentiality, 42% were price-sensitive, and 72% required discreet services.

I’ve also led end-to-end UX research for an AI-powered playboard for autistic children, interviewing 15+ stakeholders and synthesizing results through affinity mapping and thematic analysis to build personas, journey maps, and wireframes. My work has been recognized with 1st Place + Special Recognition in a Design Hackathon for Lead UX research (MAVI Playboard), and I continue to deepen my practice through inclusive design learning (WCAG 2.1) and hands-on AI-assisted synthesis tools.
