What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a drafting role where I can deliver accurate CAD drawings, incorporate site feedback, and produce clear 3D renderings, while collaborating closely with architects and engineers to meet deadlines.

I’m a draftsman focused on producing blueprint-ready drawings and clearer design visuals. In my current Senior Draftsman role, I create exterior renderings, interior layouts and cabinetry drawings, and update CAD plans based on site conditions, revisions, and engineering instructions.

I also lead drafting accuracy across teams and manage complete subdivision plan work, including structural layouts like footings, beam schedules, and truss detailing. My experience includes electrical load and compliance calculations, plumbing system sizing (septic tank, rainwater tank, and cistern computations), plus 3D modeling and concept renders, assisted plan preparation, and site visits for verification.
