At W Investments, I'm the sole technology professional building and running an internal operations platform with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel. I integrated seven external systems and developed real-time sales and finance dashboards.
I redesigned the AI property valuation tool using the Anthropic API, the Ross-Heidecke depreciation method, comparable properties, and internal sales data. Brokers can now produce a valuation and PDF report in at most 10 minutes instead of an afternoon.
I'm also building Domus, an AI sales copilot for real estate brokers, with a lexical RAG engine and local inference. I use Claude Code and Codex daily, and handle testing, security, and production support for my work.
