Led the internal affairs of Indonesia's largest and most prestigious Model UN competition, encompassing Academics, Events, and Logistics. Directed the internal management of a committee comprising over 100 Under Secretary Generals, heads, staff, and volunteers.

Designed tailored curriculum for weekly interactive training sessions for 4 mentees, providing comprehensive feedback and ensuring their preparedness pre-departure. Coached procedural matters in Model UN and essential skills such as debate, public speaking, negotiation, diplomacy, and drafting.

Selected as a fully funded delegate (1/450+) for YLEC, focusing on "A Catalyst for Global Cultural Collaboration in Leadership" in Tokyo and Yokohama. Led three multinational conferences with over 30 delegates, discussing technology, digital space, food, social change, art, culture, leadership, and diplomacy.

Spearheaded the recruitment process for the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) chairs. Evaluated potential chairs' performances through documents and interviews, assessing their past delegating and chairing experiences, topic knowledge, research, and chairing style.

Conducted in-depth legal and political research on over 20 national and international issues. Created more than 15 advanced law debate motions and their backgrounds for high school and varsity students to compete nationally.

Co-led international delegations' weekly meetings, partnering with the head delegate and mentors. Tracked the team's preparations and progress, including meeting schedules, exercises, documents, and sponsorships.
