At Gloria R. Fajardo Accounting Office, I review client accounting records, transactions, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. I also trace income and expenses against bank statements to identify discrepancies.

I prepare accounting worksheets, adjusting entries, and schedules, along with Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports. I organize records and supporting documents for financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

I assist with tax compliance following the CPA's review or audit, including work related to BIR filings and SEC compliance reports. I also communicate with clients to clarify requirements, request missing documents, and follow up on discrepancies.

I use QuickBooks Online to set up client accounts, prepare and record service invoices, and record payments. I’m certified in QuickBooks Online and Xero, hold Bookkeeping NC III certification, and am seeking a remote Bookkeeping or Accounting Assistant position where I can support international clients and adapt to their procedures and workflows.
