Carlotta Francavilla

I’m a diving instructor based in Thailand, bringing energy and a people-first approach to every course and guest interaction. I also enjoy teaching and communicating clearly, especially when it comes to supporting learners in immersive, active environments.

Since March 2020 onwards, I’ve worked as a Diving Instructor with experience across Thailan and Indonesia, with a strong focus on scuba diving and snorkeling—two of my biggest passions. I love nature, and I’m at my best when I’m surrounded by people and helping them feel confident and comfortable.

From August 2020 to February 2021, I taught English at Thidamaepra School in Krabi through Intensive English programs and a Primary 1 Multi Language Program. I supported Kindergarten 3, Kindergarten 2, and Primary 1, delivering structured language learning alongside practical subjects like Math, Science, and Social studies in English.

Earlier, from January 2016 to February 2020, I worked as a Guests Relation Manager at Krabi Sunset Cruises, handling tour guide responsibilities and snorkeling instruction. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and Languages from Catholic University of Milan and TEFL/TESOL certification, I combine communication skills with practical, hands-on guidance.
