What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technical strategy and high-performing engineering teams while staying close to architecture and delivery. I value remote collaboration, strong engineering standards, secure CI/CD, and practical AI products that reach production.

I lead Aeioros Servicios’ technical strategy remotely, managing a 12-person multidisciplinary team while defining architecture, engineering standards, and development practices.

I bring generative AI into products and daily engineering work, taking RAG, autonomous agents, GitHub Copilot, Codex, and Claude from exploration to production with quality and security controls. I also own CI/CD on GitHub Enterprise Cloud, automating quality, SAST, DAST, deployments, Docker, and Azure workflows.

Previously, I led teams and built enterprise software for Bankinter, MAPFRE, and Sanitas using Java, Spring, Angular, Oracle, SOAP, REST, and microservices. I combine hands-on Full-Stack delivery with client-facing technical leadership, mentoring, Agile coordination, and engineering culture.
