At OmniChat, I architect and develop event-driven backend microservices on AWS, using SQS, SNS, and Lambda. I build conversational sales tools, bots, and real-time chat workflows, from system design through deployment.

At L5 Networks, I led a team of nine engineers evolving an omnichannel messaging platform across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and SMS. I designed Node.js microservices with Kafka and Redis, and led the platform’s containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.

Earlier at L5 Networks, I developed APIs and microservices and contributed to AI-integrated customer service solutions, CRM features, and chatbots. At Starling Software, I developed PHP web systems and contributed to an e-commerce platform and Delphi ERP support.
