At Europcar Mobility Group, I led the mobile engineering team behind the Ubeeqo app and several Europcar apps across international markets. I managed delivery, release processes, quality, and performance, and built team dashboards to track delivery and quality metrics.
I coached engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and career development, and owned hiring, onboarding, and performance management. I also led the teams through a company-wide rebranding and the absorption of Ubeeqo into Europcar.
On my independent apps, I’m product owner of Reditu and built Fotario in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with Clean Architecture. I’ve also worked on Android architecture, test automation, and AI-assisted development, and stay hands-on with architecture and code review when needed.
