I’m a Salesforce Administrator and Junior Salesforce Developer, currently administering and developing Salesforce for a leading prop-tech company. I support Sales, Inside Sales, Backoffice, Finance, and Marketing through automation, integration, and platform optimization, while collaborating with teams to design and implement solutions.

I build and improve core business logic using validation rules, process builders, Flows, and custom metadata to streamline key processes. I create and customize email templates with HTML and CSS, configure automated sending via triggers, and enhance Experience Cloud pages to improve broker and partner experience.

I use SOQL to extract and analyze data for actionable recommendations, and I handle data fixes and migrations by cleaning inconsistencies, merging duplicates, and maintaining integrity with Data Loader and other tools. I also support the full release lifecycle—testing, deployment, and documentation—and provide ongoing end-user support and troubleshooting.
