What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my studies in practical projects, understand real-world processes, and develop the knowledge and experience to make well-founded decisions in the real estate field.

At bbw Hochschule Berlin, I’ve focused my Business Economics studies on real estate management, building knowledge in property finance, valuation, and investment analysis.

My coursework has covered how real estate investments are assessed, how risks are evaluated, and how financial metrics inform decisions. I’ve also studied asset and portfolio management, property law, and project development.

During two practical placements at AC - EURO GIDA GmbH, I gained insight into purchasing, inventory, accounting processes, and day-to-day business operations. In my second placement, I explored these processes in a larger, more complex store.

I’m now looking to apply what I’ve learned in practical work and deepen my understanding through real projects. I have basic knowledge of Excel, Lexware, and ALLPLAN, and experience using ALLPLAN for school projects.
