At ZUS Coffee, I gained hands-on experience in product formulation, sensory evaluation, and packaging prototype testing as a Product and technical development intern. I supported mass tests using triangle test methods and assisted with market sample tasting sessions.
I also participated in alternative recipe development, data compilation, and cross-functional projects with the lifestyle and R&D teams.
At Taylor's University, I worked as a Research Assistant on a project extracting phenolic compounds from Black Soldier Fly Larvae reared on fruit and vegetable wastes. I farmed BSFL, extracted and analyzed phenolic compounds, and conducted antioxidant tests.
I'm studying for a Master of Science at Taylor's University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Food Science. I'm interested in how food is made and in contributing to healthier, more sustainable food options.
