What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my microbiology and MNCH training to support evidence-based public health work—strengthening health data, improving reporting quality, and contributing to health systems and program decisions.

I’m a results-driven microbiologist and public health practitioner with hands-on experience in laboratory science, health data management, and MNCH (maternal, newborn, and child health). Through my NYSC posting to the Ministry of Health (Department of Health Planning, Research & Statistics, Programming Unit), I supported health data collection, collation, documentation, and reporting to enable evidence-based planning and policy decisions.

My laboratory background includes roles as a Laboratory Assistant and Laboratory Intern, where I conducted microbial analysis, maintained equipment, followed biosafety and quality control practices, and improved sample processing workflows. I also hold MNCH certifications from The Challenge Initiative (Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health) and are committed to advancing evidence-based, inclusive public health interventions and knowledge transfer in resource-limited settings.
