What I'm looking for

I’m seeking the opportunity to work for an awesome, community-focused company where I can support crime victims and safety efforts, use my data collection/reporting skills, and keep growing professionally while adhering to ethical standards.

I’m a professional and engaging individual committed to serving people with professionalism, ethical standards, and real community impact. I’m currently a Police Officer/Victims Advocate with the Denmark Police Department, where I provide direct services to victims of crime and/or their families.

I act as a resource to community agencies and cooperating organizations while promoting community awareness of crime victim services and their needs. I also support programs with data collection and statistical reporting, and I participate in quality improvement team efforts.

Previously, I worked as a Care Technician at Laurel Baye Healthcare of Williston, ensuring patient rooms are clean and sanitized and collecting urine and blood samples for testing. I monitored and recorded patient daily activities, reported drastic changes, and performed nursing procedures such as administering medications and checking temperatures.

Earlier roles include Investigator (Barnwell County Sheriff Office) and Police Patrol Officer (Barnwell Police Department). I examined crime scenes to obtain clues and evidence, documented, marked, and photographed locations, obtained statements through interviews, and provided testimony in court—along with responding to emergencies, enforcing laws, and rendering aid and first aid when needed.
