At Burns and McDonnell, I led interior design projects ranging from 10,000–150,000 SF, with budgets exceeding $150M. I managed work from programming and schematic design through construction administration.
For projects including the USDA Tifton Laboratory and Forensic Exploitation Lab, I presented design concepts and coordinated with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
I developed FF&E procurement packages, finish selections, furniture specifications, and SID packages. I also mentored junior designers and improved coordination and documentation standards to increase project profitability.
At AECOM, I led government and healthcare interior projects, producing construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. Earlier, at TERESA KO COMMERCIAL INTERIORS, I led commercial and higher education projects and created renderings, presentation boards, and finish packages.
