Brittany Ingold

I am a registered nurse with experience in the operating room and a strong focus on integrating advanced clinical technologies into surgical care. My journey began with a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Rush University, where I developed a solid foundation in clinical practice, clinical leadership and healthcare innovation. Over the past five years at MacNeal Hospital, I excelled in my roles of OR nurse and Robotics Service Coordinator, where I organized the integration of robotic surgical technology and ensured compliance with regulatory standards.

I have committed my nursing career to improving patient outcomes through effective collaboration with both clinicians and leadership. I have served as a liaison between medical staff and technology representatives, facilitating the implementation of new products and optimizing intra-operative workflows. My work led to improvements in surgical processes and successful mentorships of new OR nurses and aspiring OR nurses. I am now seeking an opportunity that will allow me to use the experience from my previous roles to excel in a position designing transformative care solutions and improving clinical decision-making at the intersection of technology and health care delivery.
