I seek a role that allows me to advocate for diverse communities and foster inclusive environments.

I am a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities, children, and the elderly, holding a Master of Science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. My experience as the Director of Community Services has equipped me with the skills to manage and supervise a team effectively, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and support to our clients. I take pride in training staff on state regulations and maintaining health standards, which are crucial for the well-being of those we serve.

In my previous role as a consultant for Wildflower Schools, I guided individuals through the process of opening a non-profit Montessori program, utilizing my expertise in state-specific guidelines for small businesses. My background as Head of School at Tiger Lily Montessori School has further honed my abilities in budget management, staff recruitment, and community engagement. I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment and leading conversations around diversity and equity.
