I'm looking to lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, cloud and AI security, and enterprise risk management in fintech or other regulated environments, building resilient security organisations and enabling secure digital platform delivery.

At Backbase, I lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and security operations for its fintech platform, aligning security priorities with business growth and risk appetite. I drive security-by-design, secure agentic software development governance, SOC 2, DORA readiness, incident response, threat detection, and resilience capabilities.

Over more than 25 years, I've built security organisations and security architecture across fintech, SaaS, healthcare IT, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure. Previously at CSC, I led ISO 27001 and NEN7510 certification, secure SDLC controls, application security, incident handling, private-cloud security architecture, and technical consulting for mission-critical systems.
