I am a Registered Dental Assistant with five years of hands-on experience delivering patient-centered dental care and supporting efficient clinic operations. I excel at chairside assisting, infection control, and dental radiology while maintaining a calm, welcoming patient experience.

In my current role I support treatment rooms, monitor sterilization protocols, and cross-train in front desk reception and scheduling, contributing to smoother daily operations and improved patient satisfaction. I hold sealant and X-ray certifications and am proficient with 3D printing and intraoral scanning (iTero/TRIOS).

As a Lead RDA I guided assistants, managed inventory, and implemented process improvements that enhanced appointment flow and patient feedback. I also have ongoing experience in receptionist duties, where I manage calls, reception area organization, and customer service.
