I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my project management skills while continuing to mentor others in IT development.

I am a project manager with over 5 years of experience in IT project management, holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Management from the University of Indonesia. My expertise spans all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception to monitoring and audit. I have a strong passion for mentoring in computer programming, web, and app development, which I believe is crucial for fostering the next generation of IT professionals.

One of my most significant achievements includes developing an IT solution to monitor fatigue, which successfully reduced workplace accidents. I have also taken on leadership roles, such as acting as the CTO and co-founder of a tech company, where I was responsible for the technical vision and direction. My commitment to education is reflected in my role as the main lecturer for our company's free online courses in programming and IT development.
