Brenda Magoshe

I’m an analytical legal professional focused on judicial research, litigation support, legal drafting, governance and compliance, and human rights programming. I currently work as a Research Assistant with the Judicial Service Commission of Zimbabwe, supporting judicial officers through bench memoranda, legal analysis, and draft judgments.

I prepare comprehensive bench memoranda by conducting legal research and statutory interpretation, analysing legislation and case law, and drafting legal opinions and research papers. I also assist judicial officers in preparing judgments while maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.

Previously, I served as a Legal Intern at Maposa & Ndomene Legal Practitioners, where I conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and correspondence. I attended court and supported company registrations and estate administration.

Beyond legal practice, I’ve delivered community programmes through FHI 360 as a Grassroots Soccer Coach & DREAMS Ambassador, focusing on children’s rights, HIV prevention, gender equality, and safeguarding. I bring this same care and discipline to my legal work and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
