At Marathon Petroleum Corporation - Midstream, I developed and led the OT cybersecurity compliance program across PCI-DSS, SOX, NERC CIP, TSA, and mTSA requirements. My control gap assessments and risk analyses facilitated an 80% improvement in security posture for some of the nation’s most critical infrastructure.
At Eugene Water & Electric Board, I bridged IT and SCADA environments, advising Water Treatment and Power Generation engineering teams on network segmentation. I also authored NERC CIP documentation and evidence repositories and conducted project compliance assessments.
In the Oregon Army National Guard, I engineered and sustained secure network infrastructure for 1,400 personnel while deployed with JTF-HOA. I also designed a high-availability VMware vSphere datacenter at Oregon Eye Consultants, LLC, where I served as HIPAA Security Officer.
