What I'm looking for

I seek a pharmacy leadership role where I can apply sterile compounding and LTC expertise, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor teams, and improve patient care outcomes.

I am a licensed pharmacist with extensive experience in sterile compounding, long-term care operations, retail and mail-order pharmacy workflows, and regulatory compliance across multiple states. I prioritize accuracy, safety and efficient pharmacy operations while supporting patient-centered care.

In leadership roles I have overseen prescription entry and verification for high-volume environments, managed Parata cycle planning for nursing homes, maintained multi-state licensing, and developed policies and procedures to ensure inspection readiness and compliance.
