I'm currently managing and maintaining electronic health records for the Lagos State Health Service Commission, with a focus on accuracy, completeness, security, and compliance with national health information standards.

At LAMOL Eyecare and Diagnostic Center, I prepared and submitted NHMIS reporting forms, verified patient insurance, demographic, and medical-history data, and coordinated secure record transfers to authorized healthcare providers. I also analyzed quality-control findings and developed methods to improve departmental performance.

My earlier experience at LAD Medical Center included patient record filing and retrieval, admission and discharge documentation, hospital statistics analysis, and inpatient record coding and indexing.

I'm grounded in database management, Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and careful health-information practices that support medical intervention, patient care, and quality improvement.
