Bolade Phillip

I’m a Highly motivated Civil Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in machine operation, project design, and on-site supervision during NYSC at Nestlé Nigeria. I’m passionate about infrastructure development and construction project coordination, with a strong focus on safety and performance.

In my NYSC role as a Project & Site Assistant, I assisted in supervising factory infrastructure and maintenance projects, participating in quality control checks and ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards. I supported the safety team with site inspections, PPE monitoring, and toolbox talks.

I also contributed to engineering improvements by redesigning a pallet racking system for Nestlé’s warehouse in Burkina Faso. I created layout drawings, collaborated with project engineers for implementation, and helped ensure compliance with internal standards and engineering best practices.

Before that, I gained operational discipline as a Sales Representative / PET Blowing Machine Operator and as a Velec Machine Operator, monitoring machine settings and quality output, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. I bring practical problem-solving, labor tracking, and strong documentation habits to every project.
