Blessing Nwakanma

I’m a results-driven Data Analyst focused on turning raw data into clear, stakeholder-ready decisions. I specialize in data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), dashboard development, and business intelligence reporting.

In four end-to-end analytics projects across HR, sales, and customer analytics, I translated datasets into actionable recommendations. I surfaced patterns that informed retention, pricing, and inventory strategy—so teams can move from insight to action faster.

My work includes uncovering HR attrition signals (including overtime-related risk across 1,470 records), identifying churn drivers by contract type across 7,043 customer records, and pinpointing product/city combinations driving over half of sales revenue. I also built interactive dashboards to support prioritization of retention campaigns and contract-upgrade offers.

Through my Data Analyst Intern experience at ISWIPE Technologies, I cleaned and transformed datasets with Excel and SQL, built Power BI dashboards, and presented recommendations to cross-functional teams. I’m at my best when presenting complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
