Blessing Musavuli

I’m a Computer Networks & Cybersecurity student at Strathmore University, passionate about building secure, resilient, and impactful digital solutions. I’m especially drawn to SOC work, threat hunting, ethical hacking, and responsible technology use.

Through my studies, I’ve combined hands-on projects in networking, cybersecurity, Linux, and programming with industry certifications, including Cisco Networking Academy and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). I strengthen my skills through practical labs, Capture The Flag challenges, and continuous learning.

Recently, I worked as a Junior Network Engineer at InnovarTech (internship) in Goma, supporting the deployment and maintenance of wireless network infrastructure. I installed and configured microwave communication links using Ubiquiti antennas, tuned signal alignment for optimal performance, and configured MikroTik routers for routing and network optimization.

I also deployed and set up Tenda and TP-Link access points to extend and stabilize coverage, and I performed troubleshooting, diagnostics, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime. My long-term goal is to help strengthen Africa’s digital infrastructure by improving cybersecurity resilience and building innovative solutions with meaningful social impact.
