At OSF Digital, I test a deal-sourcing CRM platform for a private equity firm, where data accuracy directly affects financial decision-making. I uncovered a production-blocking CSV export defect near a delivery deadline, prioritized it as a hotfix, and provided reproduction steps that enabled same-day resolution.

I execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing, while building structured test case suites for core workflows. I write clear defect reports with expected versus actual results, reproduction steps, and business impact, then retest fixes before release.

Before moving into QA, I spent more than nine years building responsive web applications and client websites at OSF Digital, Aflux Prestcom, and Olive Studio. That frontend background helps me investigate not only what is broken, but why it may be broken technically.

I'm expanding into test automation with Playwright and Selenium while continuing to work in Agile teams using JIRA, Postman, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
