At WebConnex, I led a legacy Angular-to-React migration through code splitting, dependency audits, and incremental rollout, replacing the old framework without disrupting active development. I also built a reusable React component library adopted across billing, mobile, and core product surfaces, and created monitoring that reduced incident detection from hours to minutes.
I've built and maintained Node.js test suites for Sam’s Club’s 10M+ SKU catalog and supported Black Friday and Cyber Monday traffic with zero P0 incidents. I also refactored Intreecate’s frontend architecture, established its first design system, and build full-stack projects such as Folio, a local-first personal finance dashboard.
