What I'm looking for

I'm looking for Oracle DBA, production DBA, database support, or cloud database support roles where I can manage Oracle 12c/19c environments, strengthen high availability and recovery operations, and resolve production issues in SLA-driven teams.

At DXC Technology, I provide 24×7 production support for Oracle 12c/19c databases across AT&T and leveraged-team environments including Bpost, Jimmy Choo, and Murex.

I monitor availability, health, alerts, performance, archive logs, disk utilization, and database resources using Oracle Enterprise Manager and AOTS. I troubleshoot tablespace, filesystem, listener, connectivity, resource, OEM Agent, and credential issues while coordinating with application and infrastructure teams.

I perform RMAN backup, restore, recovery, validation, and monitoring activities, and support Oracle Data Guard standby environments for high availability and disaster recovery. I also handle database health checks, user administration, cloning, refreshes, maintenance, patching, and production deployments.

I work through incident, problem, and change management using ITIL practices, with a focus on RCA, corrective actions, operational SOPs, and SLA-driven resolution. I'm also certified in AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations, and Power Platform Fundamentals.
