I'm currently supporting Archway Marketing Services at Advatix APAC Logistics, administering Oracle 11g/12c/19c RAC environments alongside PostgreSQL on EC2 and OCI. I handle production monitoring, backup and recovery, refreshes, Data Guard, patching, upgrades, and migrations.
Across Apexon, Wipro, and Clover Infotech, I've delivered Oracle production support for clients including Archway Marketing Services, HDFC Securities, Aditya Birla Finance, and Alok Industries. My work has covered Linux, Windows, AIX, and Solaris environments.
I've configured Oracle Data Guard physical standby systems, resolved archive-gap issues, performed RMAN restorations and cloning, and supported RAC creation, ASM administration, and Grid/RAC Home patching. I've also completed non-RAC to RAC migrations and an Oracle 12c Solaris-to-Linux migration using expdp and impdp.
I use AWR, ADDM, and ASH to investigate performance issues, locks, blocking, and query problems. I also work with PostgreSQL cluster configuration, upgrades, pg_dump/restore, pgAdmin, Prometheus, Grafana, Amazon RDS, and Aurora.
