At PATAGONIA FARMING CC, I forecast weekly and monthly factory produce requirements, secure supply, and manage purchasing within allocated budgets. I negotiate prices and supply arrangements with farmers and other suppliers.
I coordinate the annual growing programme with farm suppliers, monitor crop quality and progress, and follow up on orders so the factory receives the produce it needs. I also manage produce rejections, quality concerns, and supplier claims.
I supervise a team of 10 and manage vegetable receiving and issuing on IQ, stocktakes, and management reports. I work with the accountant on supplier payment figures and records, while maintaining traceability and food-safety documentation.
