I'm looking for a customer-facing retail role where I can assist shoppers, process purchases, maintain organized store areas, and contribute reliable, positive service.

I've supported customers at Goodwill and InTheWind by helping with purchases, locating products, answering questions, and maintaining welcoming store environments.

At InTheWind, I processed payments, returned exact change and receipts, handled refunds according to company policy, and inspected merchandise for damage. At Goodwill, I continued supporting customers while keeping the store recovered and meeting COVID safety requirements.
