I’m a Licenciada en Comercio Internacional con Especialidad en Logística, with hands-on experience in import/export operations, customs documentation, inventory management, billing, and administrative-logistics coordination. I focus on keeping processes accurate, compliant, and continuously improving.

In my current in-house role, I act as an operational liaison between the agency aduanal and the client company. I follow up on pedimentos, Carta Porte, cartas de instrucciones, and operational compliance, and I drive issues to resolution with internal areas and logistics providers.

I also manage inventories, delivery control, returns, and billing while maintaining operational traceability. My approach is built around monitoring, communication, and reducing operational incidences through better controls and follow-up.

Previously, as a Sales Executive and Shift Supervisor, I coordinated digital and physical sales operations, shipment tracking, and customer-facing logistics. I delivered measurable results—reducing delivery issues by 15% and improving operational traceability by 20%—and I bring that same structured mindset to international trade logistics.
