At Kyndryl, I lead UX strategy and product design for complex AIOps and DevOps platforms. I designed an AI-powered infrastructure optimization experience that helps platform teams see what can be released or downsized, why, and with what impact and risk.

At Kyndryl, I also created a release-readiness experience that reduced assessment time from hours to minutes, and scalable onboarding patterns that saved several person-days of manual work. Earlier at BOSCH, I led UX and service design for enterprise experiences and designed digital learning experiences, e-learning content, and WBT/LMS integrations.
