I’m an accountant and facility coordinator focused on accurate maintenance billing, timely collections, and clean payment records. In my current role, I generate and issue maintenance bills, track due dates, record cash/cheque/online receipts, and update systems like SAP and NoBrokerHood—while also managing visitor/staff records.

I bring strong operational ownership beyond accounts: I handle community event coordination, CCTV operations for incident tracking, and clubhouse bookings with trainer schedule follow-ups. Previously, as an Account Executive, I performed bank reconciliations across multiple banks, processed fund transfers, refunds, LC/BG, and ensured SAP postings for incoming payments, bank charges, and reporting using S4 HANA. Earlier, as a cashier, I prepared monthly bank reconciliations with 99% accuracy and supported ledger/data processing for dependable financial documentation.
